If you have not received your magazine yet, please be patient. The start times vary from one magazine
to another...depending on the number of times per year it is published. Weekly magazines take
anywhere from three to six weeks to start. Monthly magazines, bi-monthly or quarterly
magazines can take anywhere from six to ten weeks to start. If you still have a question about the
whereabouts of your ordered titles, click the button and let us know!

If you are receiving duplicate issues of the same magazine, please send us a copy of each magazines'
mailing label. We will have the publisher of the magazine combine the issues and extend your
subscription term for all duplicate issues received. Our mailing address is:

If you are moving either temporarily or permanently...please let us know of your new address at least
six weeks prior to the move so you won't miss a single issue of your magazines. When you e-mail
us your address change request, make sure you include your current address so we can easily locate

If you need to cancel an order (or part of an order), please provide us with the following information:
1. The title or titles of the magazines you wish to cancel from your order
2. Your FIRST & LAST NAME & FULL MAILING ADDRESS - CITY, STATE & ZIPCODE
3. Your USS customer number (if possible)
Once your request is received, we will process a check or credit card refund equal to the value of all
unmailed issues. Be sure to include all of the above information in your e-mail to our customer service
